Abstract
This paper analyzes the spatial distribution of agricultural potential and land use patterns, with emphasis on regional differences, territorial organization, and efficient resource use. The study investigates how natural conditions, settlement structure, and economic activity influence the agricultural capacity of different areas. Spatial analysis reveals the uneven distribution of productive land and highlights the importance of regional planning in optimizing agricultural development. The results support the use of geographical information and territorial assessment methods in sustainable land management.
