The article evaluates the role of geographical conditions in shaping regional agricultural specialization and identifies the main challenges to sustainable agrarian development in the country. The findings show that efficient land use planning, regional policy support, and the integration of innovative agricultural practices are essential for strengthening food security and ensuring balanced territorial development.
